1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site and/or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Service Description

GribFeta Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Residential cleaning
• Commercial cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Regular maintenance cleaning
• Move in/out cleaning
• Specialized cleaning services

The specific details, scope, and pricing of our services will be agreed upon prior to service commencement.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Process

You may request our services through our website, by phone, or by email. All service bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. We will confirm your booking via email or phone.

3.2 Scheduling

Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule a date and time for the cleaning service. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, but all scheduling is subject to availability.

3.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Failure to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in a charge equal to the full service cost.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or inclement weather. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Our service prices are based on the type of service, size of the area to be cleaned, condition of the premises, and specific requirements. We will provide you with a quote before commencing any services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Additional services requested during the cleaning that were not included in the original quote may incur extra charges.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. For recurring services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, e-transfer, and other methods specified on our website or in your service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.

5. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate effective cleaning services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the premises and specific cleaning requirements
• Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before cleaning
• Inform us of any special handling instructions for items or surfaces
• Ensure proper functioning of water, electricity, and other utilities necessary for cleaning
• Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning staff
• Inform us of any pets or other special considerations before the service

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

6.1 Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost.

6.2 Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning surfaces higher than 12 feet from the floor
• Removing hazardous materials (including mold, asbestos, or bodily fluids)
• Handling pest infestations
• Clearing severe clutter (hoarding situations)
• Cleaning areas that pose safety risks to our staff

Additional service limitations may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.

7. Damage Policy

We take great care to protect your property during our cleaning services. However, accidents may occasionally happen. Please report any damage allegedly caused by our cleaning staff within 24 hours of service completion. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for compensation.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Damage resulting from improper installation, deterioration, or defects in the item or surface
• Damage to items or surfaces that were not properly secured or protected

Claims for damage must be supported by evidence (e.g., photos, receipts) and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Website Use

8.1 Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GribFeta Cleaning Services or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access, view, and print materials from our Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products, or services obtained from our Site without our prior written permission.

8.2 User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation
• Use the Site to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Site
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GribFeta Cleaning Services, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for all claims related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the cleaning service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GribFeta Cleaning Services, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and GribFeta Cleaning Services regarding the Site and services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
